1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, enrolling in any course, or using our community channels, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue using our Services.
Use of any portion of our Services confirms acceptance of these Terms.
2. Course Enrollment
2.1 Enrollment grants access to online Forex, Crypto, and psychology training programs.
2.2 Course content is delivered through online classes, recorded sessions, community support, and digital materials.
2.3 Access to recorded sessions is provided for lifetime.
2.4 Enrollment is non-transferable and valid only for the registered student.
3. Fees, Payment & Refunds (Updated as requested)
3.1 Students may book their slot by paying the first payment at the time of enrollment.
3.2 The remaining balance must be paid in full before the batch starts.
Failure to pay the balance before batch commencement may lead to cancellation of access.
3.3 All payments—advance, installment, or full fee—are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
3.4 Payments can be made through:
Bank transfer
Card payment
UPI
Tabby, Tamara, Stripe, PayTabs, PayFort, and other approved gateways
3.5 Payment disputes will follow UAE laws.
4. Student Obligations
Students must:
Attend sessions and follow course guidelines
Maintain professionalism in all communities
Not share login IDs or course access with others
Not record, reproduce, or distribute course content
Not disclose confidential training material
Refrain from misconduct or defamation
Violation may result in termination and legal action.
5. Institution Responsibilities
Edge Learning and Training will:
Provide high-quality educational content
Give lifetime access to recorded classes
Provide support via WhatsApp and official communication channels
Protect student data under UAE PDPL
Maintain platform functionality and updates
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, digital resources, logos, and documents belong exclusively to Edge Learning and Training FZC LLC.
Students may not:
Share or distribute recordings
Copy or sell course materials
Use content for commercial purposes
Legal action may be taken for infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability (Updated)
Edge Learning and Training offers education only.
We do not provide:
Financial advice
Investment recommendations
Profit guarantees
You agree that all trading decisions are made independently and at your own risk.
8. Term & Termination
8.1 This Agreement begins on the date of enrollment.
8.2 Enrollment may be terminated for:
Misconduct
Confidentiality breach
Illegal activity
Misuse of course content
8.3 No refunds will be issued upon termination.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be addressed through mutual discussion.
If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in the UAE, according to UAE Arbitration Law.
The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

11. General Disclaimer
No profit guarantees or trading assurances are provided.
Any market examples are for educational illustration only.
All trading decisions are the student’s responsibility.
(No trading signals, no portfolio mgmt, no SEBI references.)
12. General Provisions
Notices will be sent to the registered email address.
If any clause is invalid, the remaining terms remain enforceable.
Failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver of rights.
No liability applies for delays due to events beyond control (force majeure).
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the full understanding between the Student and the Institution and supersede all prior communication.
